Steve Gibson has released version 1.3.1 of Never 10. This program is intended for Windows 7 and 8 users who cannot or do not want to upgrade to Windows 10. The program does this according to the method recommended by Microsoft, which is to remove KB3035583, which disables the pop-up screen and associated services. If you want to switch to Windows 10 at a later time, this program can also be used to restore everything back to its original state. Since version 1.3, it can also delete the downloaded Windows 10 installation files from the computer, which can give up to 6.5GB of free space on the hard drive. This update fixes an issue when there command line options are provided when the program is started.

Fixes a defect in the v1.3 command-line parser: The command-line argument scanner was not ignoring (as it should) the contents of the program’s path. So v1.3 might register path text as commands.
