Locktime Software has released version 5.2.0.0 of NetLimiter, which is offered as an experimental version. This program allows you to monitor all incoming and outgoing network and internet traffic. In addition, it can also be indicated per application whether it may be connected to the Internet, the maximum bandwidth to be used and a quota can also be set. The promised forward traffic control is here. It allows users to control thru-going traffic on their machines – when using Mobile Hotspot or ICS. More details about forwarded traffic can be found here. This is a Testing/BETA and we will be really grateful for any response or ideas regarding the new Forward traffic control.
