Download NetLimiter 4.0.13.0

Locktime Software has released version 4.0.13.0 of NetLimiter, the first stable release of version 4.0. With this program all incoming and outgoing network and internet traffic can be monitored. In addition, the maximum bandwidth to be used per application can be specified. Anyone who has purchased a license for version 3 after October 2012 can upgrade free of charge. Since version 4.0.11.0, the following changes and improvements have been made:

• User without permission to control NetLimiter was able to enable/disable limiter and blocker. Fixed.
