Download NetLimiter 4.0.11.0

Locktime Software has released version 4.0.11.0 of NetLimiter, a test version. With this program all incoming and outgoing network and internet traffic can be monitored. In addition, the maximum bandwidth to be used per application can be specified. Anyone who has purchased a license for version 3 after October 2012 can upgrade free of charge. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

NetLimiter release version 4.0.11.0

This release also addresses severe Service deadlock which prevented Client to connect it. If you had this problem you could give this release a try aswell. If everything will go fine we will include these changes to next release.
