Download NetLimiter 2.0 alpha 1

With the program NetLimiter you can view and manage all network traffic of the active processes on your computer. It is possible to set the upload and download speeds for different processes. Consider, for example, a peer-to-peer program that takes up so much upload that you cannot surf the internet normally next to it. The developers recently released the first alpha version of 2.0 with the following announcement:

First version (2.0a1) of NetLimiter 2 was released. Main purpose of this release is a public test of the application. That is the reason, why many features are disabled or not present in this release. If you would like to help us, you can download the installation file, but we recommend it only to more advanced users, because current version has restricted support.
