Download Net Optimizer Win2K 3.0 Beta 3

A new version of Net Optimizer has been released, a tool to optimize your Windows 2000 registry for your internet connection. These are the improvements over the previous version:

• Fix a few small problem which found in the previous version.
• Add 4 new functions in the control panel page.
• Add 3 new functions in the Internet Explorer page.
• Add 1 new function in the system optimizer page.
