Download MP3Gain 0.9.9

Another new release of the widely loved media player MP3Gain has arrived. This time it is the beta of version 0.9.9 and the following changes have been made:

• Version 0.9.9 Beta available. No new features, but I fixed some code that was causing problems with DBCS file names (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.) I also fixed the problem I introduced with 0.9.8 for Windows 95/98/ME users. Sorry about the hassle.
