The Mozilla Foundation has released version 38.7.2 of Thunderbird. Mozilla Thunderbird is an open source email and newsgroup client, with features such as support for several mail and news accounts, a spam filter, spell checker, and a customizable look and feel. Version 38 includes oauth2 authentication for Gmail, the Lightning calendar add-on is now included as standard, and filters can also be applied to sent and archived messages. In version 38.7.2, the Graphite font shaping library is disabled due to security vulnerabilities.
