The Mozilla Foundation has released a beta of Thunderbird version 11.0. Mozilla Thunderbird is an open source client for mail and newsgroups, with features such as support for different mail and news accounts, a junk mail filter, spell checker and a customizable appearance. In version 11, the tabs are moving to the top of the toolbar, there is a new wizard that helps sign up new accounts and we see further improvements regarding junk mail. The latest version of Thunderbird Beta has the following changes:

Tabs are now shown above the toolbar
New wizard to sign up for new accounts
More trust options added to junk settings (Bogofilter, DSPAM, POPFile)
and several other platform fixes
