Download Mozilla SeaMonkey 2.0.12
The Mozilla Foundation has provided SeaMonkey with an update to version 2.0.12. SeaMonkey is the continuation of the former Mozilla Application Suite and consists of a web browser and programs for e-mailing and reading news. In addition, there is a simple HTML editor. Unlike the Mozilla Application Suite, SeaMonkey is maintained by the community, while the SeaMonkey Council oversees maintenance. The main changes in version 2.0.12 look like this:

- ParanoidFragmentSink allows javascript: URLs in chrome documents
- Memory corruption during text run construction (Windows)

- Use-after-free error in JSON.stringify
- Recursive eval call causes confirm dialogs to evaluate to true
- Miscellaneous memory safety hazards (rv:1.9.2.14/1.9.1.17)
- Fixes for a number of non-security-relevant crashes, increasing the stability of the whole platform and the Mail & Newsgroups part of SeaMonkey
