Monday is Firefox version 3.6.2 appeared. This release fixes a number of security issues, including a serious vulnerability that allowed remote code execution. As a result of this leak, the German government advised against using Firefox. Firefox version 3.6.2, like 3.6, is based on Gecko version 1.9.2, which has been in development since early 2009. New in Mozilla Firefox 3.6 was the ability to customize the browser’s appearance, which is referred to as Mozilla Personas.
