Download Mozilla Camino 1.0.4
Camino is an Internet browser for Mac OS X that uses Cocoa for the user interface and the Gecko engine to render pages, creating a browsing program that is similar in look and feel to other Mac programs, according to the developers . The browser includes tabbed browsing, a popup blocker and a Google search field. A while ago, the makers of Camino released a new version of the stable 1.0 series. In version 1.0.4, a number of critical security vulnerabilities have been fixed, as well as a few other bugs. In addition, from now on a backup is made of the bookmarks and the program restores the backup if it is corrupt:
In Camino 1.0.4, we have made the following changes and improvements since version 1.0.3:

- Added support for importing iCab 3 bookmarks.
- Improved the handling of Internet Explorer .url shortcut files.
- The text of certain security dialogs now contains “Camino” instead of “(null)”.
- Camino will now make a backup copy of the bookmarks file when it launches if the file is not corrupt.
