Download Miranda IM 0.6 Preview Release 1

Miranda IM is a program that can be used to access various Instant Messaging networks. This makes it possible to communicate with people on different networks from one program. For example, support for ICQ, AIM, MSN, IRC and Jabber is already present by default, but by using plug-ins, Gadu-Gadu, ICQ Groupware, Tlen and many others are also supported. In addition, various plug-ins are available that make everything possible, such as a spam filter, extra configuration options, integration with other software and customizing the interface. The developers released the first preview release of Miranda IM 0.6 with the following note:

The main differences since 0.5.1 release are:

• unified memory, strings, lists and threading routines among all core plugins;
• tabbed options;
• some stabilization fixes;
• JABBER: two new authentication methods: NTLM & MD5;
