Download Mame 0.128

Mame stands for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator and is able to emulate a large amount of old consoles and arcade games. Note that most rom images are copyrighted, so you must have an original copy before you can play with Mame. The developers have released a new edition with 0.128 as the serial number. The accompanying announcement is very succinct, so we also mention the changes since the previous release, version 0.127u8:
