Malwarebytes has released a new version of Anti-Malware Mobile. In version 3.0, the program has been given a new name, namely Malwarebytes for Android. And just like its big brother under Windows, the program is now available with a free on-demand scanner and a paid-for real-time protection. The program not only scans for malware and known security vulnerabilities, but also for unsafe system settings and lists all applications that have access to privacy-sensitive data. In addition, protection against ransomware has been added. Existing users are converted to basic real-time protection and a license for the paid version costs thirteen euros.
