Download MailWasher Pro 6.5

The developers at Firetrust released version 6.5 of MailWasher Pro a few days ago. This is an anti-spam program that allows you to filter spam from pop3, imap or web mailboxes such as AOL, Gmail and Hotmail. It uses white- and blacklists, heuristic virus scanning and de FirstAlert! spam database. The list of changes for the current 6.x branch looks like this:

Version 6.5:

New Features

• New setup wizard imports email accounts from Outlook Express, Outlook, Thunderbird, Incredimail, Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail
• New contacts importer imports contacts from Outlook Express, Outlook, Thunderbird, Incredimail, Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail
• Setup Wizard now prompts for users’ email program as not everyone has a default email program setup
