Anonymous: 26973 reports that a new version is available from MagicKillah† On the site we find a description of this program:

MagicKillah is (yet another) pop-up killer. A pop-up killer is a program that silently runs in the background when Windows is running. Such a program has just one goal: Making your life easier by closing the annoying pop-ups while you are surfing the internet. These days there are quite some pop-up killers available, though MagicKillah is unique in its structure and capabilities. You will find out that MagicKillah has unique (needed) features that other pop-up killers don’t have. However, that is not to be discussed in this topic. [break] MagicKillah has the following changes from the previous version: [/break] Changelog:

+ Added a little message to inform you if new polls are available. It will occur when you open the .BCAP and new polls were created since your last .BCAP check.
x Changed menu style: Now everything is windows XP styled, yummie
* When closing MagicKillah by shutting down windows, the settings get saved so the blacklists are really updated
* Little dialog messages often have a banner styled size, the smart engine would indicate it KILLED the dialogs when in fact it didn’t, removed message.
* Fixed a bug in the .BCAP: Sometimes after posting/voting the error ‘cannot focus a disabled window’ would occur, stupid mistake *BONK*
