Download Linux kernel 2.4.3

Chico lapino gave us the tip that Kernel 2.4.3 has now seen the light of day, so after only a few final fixes (see the changelog) below, another new stable kernel. Of course the kernel can be used in all varieties of Linux and on all suitable platforms, so you just compile!
