Download Linux kernel 2.4.19

Anonymous: 32223 pointed us to the new stable version of the Linux kernel. The version number is 2.4.19, which is the first stable Linux kernel in half a year. As we have come to expect from our beloved kernel devvers, the changelog is so large that probably only a trained marathon scroller will reach the end:
