Lucky Monkey Designs has released version 9.5.0 of KoolMoves. With this program Flash animations can be created. With a price of less than fifty dollars, it is a cheap alternative to, for example, Adobe Flash Professional. Created content can also be exported to html5, avi, mp4 and animated gif, among others.
