Kerio Technologies hurriedly released a new version of its mail server software a few days ago because it had major problems with Internet Explorer version 7. Kerio MailServer, which is available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X, allows you to send POP3, receive and send IMAP4 or WAP mail. In addition, viruses and spam messages are counteracted by the built-in virus and mail filters. User data can be entered into Kerio, but can also be retrieved from Microsoft Active Directory or Apple Open Directory. With the Kerio Outlook Connector it is possible to use Microsoft Outlook 2000, XP and 2003 on the workstations. Version 6.2.3 does not offer full compatibility with IE 7, but at least fixes the biggest problems:
