Download KDE 3.1 beta 1

Anonymous: 47243 reports that a new version of KDE is available. It is version 3.1 beta 1 and is an unstable version. The final, stable version will be released in October 2002 expected with some remarkable improvements† As we are used to, there are also screenshots to find this new release.
