Download JkDefragGUI 1.04

Emiel Wiel Draaijer released a new version of the user interface for Jeroen Kessels’ open source defragmenter JkDefrag on Sunday. That program is only supplied as a DOS box, commandline or screensaver version. However, JkDefragGUI is more than just a graphical shell; it also adds options including the ability to clean the hard drive before defragmenting, with or without the help of CCleaner. Below you can find everything that has changed in the program since the previous entry in the Meuktracker:

Changes in JkDefragGUI version 1.04:

• Added Korean translation
• Added option to disable showing washprogress in the systemtray
• Added support for Google Chrome to Cleaner when CCleaner is used
• Added support for IE8 Temporarily Internet Files removal
• Added question about folder creation on first startup
• Added CCleaner update function when CCleaner is used
• Added language update function (all language will be overwritten by new files except user.lng)
• Disabled option “Logfile in same folder as GUI” for BartPe mode
• Fixed background image not displayed 100% when GUI is minimized and maximized again
• Fixed typo in tasks scheduler command (none critical)
• Fixed typos in several languages
• Fixed log file created with name ??=??? when log file save is cancelled

• Added JkDefrag.exe and other files to the archive, request of Jeroen Kessels
• Added a question to download JkDefrag when it isn’t found in the program folder otherwise quit
• Added check to see if CCleaner is installed on local computer and update JkDefragGUI with this version
• Added Ukrainian translation
• Added Turkish translation
• Added /s to commandline this will autoselect “Shutdown after defrag” in the GUI
• Added /r to commandline this will automatically run JkDefrag with saved options
• Added /rs to commandline this will automaticly run JkDefrag with saved options and shutdown afterwards
• Changed location of logfile when saved in the same folder as the GUI for U3 Devices to U3 Documents
