Today, Microsoft released the long-awaited final version of Internet Explorer 7 to the general public. Internet Explorer 7 is the latest branch of the standard browser included with Windows Vista. Compared to the 6 series of IE, this branch will include a number of new features, including tabbed browsing, improved PNG format support, and protections such as anti-spoofing and anti-phishing technology to help users surf the net more securely . In addition, RSS feeds can be collected and IE7 will better adhere to web standards and formats. The new Internet Explorer can be downloaded for the following operating systems, but is currently only available for download in English.
