Download Image Comparer 3.0

BolideSoft, which we know from the movie catalog program All My Movies, recently released version 3.0 of Image Comparer. As the name suggests, this program can compare images to detect duplicates, for example. Not special in itself you would say, but this program also finds duplicates that have a different size, resolution or even format. It indicates in percentage the probability that one image is equal to another. Image Comparer can handle jpeg, j2k, bmp, gif, pcx, png, tiff, tga, ico and cur. Version 3.0 has been completely rewritten and has the following changes and improvements:

• the program has been written completely from scratch
• full Unicode support including Unicode file names
• works with galleries (set of images) now
• multi language user interface
• shows Top 10 similar images for the selected one
• completely new interface layout
• comparison wizard implemented
• Firebird used as a database engine
