Apple’s popular iPods are compact portable music players with a sleek design. For some time now it has also been possible to install a form of Linux on these players iPodLinux is available with an installation manual. Once you’ve installed iPodLinux, it’s always fun to play an old classic. The iDoom game is therefore a port to the iPodLinux platform based on the original source code released by John Carmack. Support for all current iPods is available from the first generation iPod to the iPod nano. The developers have released version 1.1a with the following changes:

Version 1.1a:

A small bugfix has been released that addresses the issue that the oldest version of iPod Photo were not able to run iDoom.
