Download ICQ 2000b Beta v4.63 Build #3279

Mirabilis has put a new version of the ICQ client online, the build number (3279) is only one higher than that of the previous release, so there won’t be much improvement. Personally, I only see a new button “ICQ SMS!” above the contact list and it starts up a bit faster in my opinion. Not a must-have, but those who want the latest of the newest can download 5MB again.
