Download HyperSnap-DX 6.40.06

There are various programs for taking screenshots, the so-called ‘screen grabs’. One of the oldest programs that can do that is HyperSnap from Hyperionics. Last Tuesday, Hyperionics released version 6.40.06 of HyperSnap. HyperSnap can take screenshots of screens, windows or buttons in the normal desktop environment, as well as in a DirectX, openGL and Glide environment. There is also an autoscroll function, with which screenshots can be taken that are larger than the screen, for example of a web page. Below you will find all the changes that the program has undergone since the previous entry in the Meuktracker:

• Minor fix for PrintScreen key handling

• Corrected corruption of top toolbar, when a notification about new version was showing up.

HyperSnap 6.40.04 released

• Another correction to auto-scroll code… Sigh…

HyperSnap 6.40.03 released

• Fixed – For Office 2007 skins, check-boxes and radio buttons were too big, if Windows menu font was set larger than normal
• Fixed – Paste command and Paste As New Image always set transparency
• Made auto-scroll work with PowerPoint 2007 and Outlook 2007 message lists
• Corrected menu font height to be the same as ver. 6.31 and older, and same as all other Windows programs.

HyperSnap 6.40.02 released

• Fixed – start minimized flashes the open window first.
• The drawing toolbar can be again docked horizontally to the top or bottom of HyperSnap window.
