HWiNFO32 has been updated to version 1.61 yesterday. This program provides a clear and very complete overview of exactly what hardware is in the PC. Reports can also be generated from this in text, CSV or XML format. Finally, the processor, memory and hard disk can be subjected to some simple tests. Apart from a few nag screens here and there, the program can be tested in all its glory for 14 days, after which you will have to pay $15 to continue using it.
