Download Home Assistant OS 12.0

Version 12.0 of Home Assistant OS has been released. Home Assistant OS is a minimal, op Buildroot based operating system that makes it possible to run Home Assistant on a physical or virtual machine. Version 12.0 includes updating the Linux kernel to version 6.6.16 for most supported platforms and the following changes and improvements:
