SurfRight has released the first update for version 3.6 of HitmanPro. HitmanPro can remove viruses, spyware, Trojan horses, rootkits and other forms of malware. By smart scanning and using cloud computing, the software performs a complete scan in often no more than a few minutes. To remove infections, the program must be activated. A free key can be requested the first time, but a new key must be purchased after 30 days. This release fixes the following three issues:

Fixed:

• On Windows XP the Shell Integration caused the desktop to lock when right clicking in Start Menu or Quick Launch.
• Scan at Startup performed Quick Scan when setting was set on Default Scan.
• ‘File objects scanned’ incorrectly reported the number of file objects scanned.
