Download Hitman Pro 2.0.4

Mark Loman has released version 2.0.4 of Hitman Pro. This program uses the Ad-Aware, Spy Sweeper, Spybot S&D, SpywareBlaster, CWShredder and possibly Trend Micro Sysclean or McAfee programs if no anti-virus software is found on the computer to remove unwanted programs from the computer.

Hitman Pro downloads all the programs you want, installs them automatically (you just have to agree to the user license of each of the programs), and runs the programs one by one. This means it first gets new definitions and updates, adjusts settings for better removal of spy, ad, and malware, and then lets the programs do their job. Afterwards, an extensive overview is given of exactly what has been done and why, which programs have been used, and programs whose trial period has expired can possibly be purchased. • Hitman Pro Quick Removal is now called Hitman Pro AntiSpyware.
• Hitman Pro AntiSpyware updated. Added new feature that disables and removes suspicious applications and processes in seconds. The new “RatKiller” feature can currently:
  • Detect and disable suspicious applications in unusual locations (including associated Browser Helper Object)
  • Find and delete registry keys with reference to missing file
  • Determine if the Internet Explorer Home page is suspicious and restore it to a neutral page

• When updating Trend Micro Virus Pattern File, it now always attempts to download the latest pattern by first analyzing Trend Micro’s website.
• If an external component (such as Ad-Aware) closes the explorer.exe process and starts it again, the My Documents folder always appears, causing Ad-Aware to lose focus. This has been changed (the My Documents window will be closed again by Hitman Pro at that specific time).
• Several minor optimizations and bug fixes in SurfRight and the SurfRight Helper.
