Hiren's BootCD PE is a self-booting DVD or USB that provides a Windows 11 pre-installed environment and comes with a host of programs to diagnose and fix hardware and software problems on the computer. Hiren is a notorious name, because the compilation CDs with system programs have been around since 2004. In the past, however, they were packed with illegal software, but on this Hiren's BootCD PE we only find completely free software. This edition is therefore not offered by the original group, but is curated by fans from the original series. The following changes and improvements have been made in version 1.0.3:

• Hiren's BootCD PE core has been updated to Windows 11 Pro v10.0.22621.2428 (build 22621).
• 340 new drivers have been integrated into the Windows 11 PE image in the IO, Network and Storage categories.
• Almost all utilities have been updated.
• Most of the known bugs have been fixed.
