Not only Lavasoft is tinkering with the next generation of its anti-spyware solution, Trend Micro also has a beta release of HijackThis. This program scans the computer for installed browser add-ons and startup items, and allows you to disable and remove them as needed. HijackThis is suitable for Windows 2000 and XP and works with Firefox from version 1.5 and Internet Explorer 6. The changelog of this release shows the following changes:
