Download Hide Photos 1.2 build 804

Bolide Software continues to tinker with its new product Hide Photos, and today released version 1.2 build 804 of the program. With Hide Photos it is possible to hide ‘sensitive’ images from view. Hide Photos creates a secure container with 256bit AES encryption in which to store images. These images are displayed within the program itself and are therefore not temporarily placed on the hard disk, which is the case, for example, when using a password-protected archive file, such as zip. The changelog for this release shows the following changes and improvements:

Added:

• New Tip dialog for some points explanation (after new storage creation, for example)
• “Yes to all” and “No to all” buttons to replace existing images dialog
• A button to quickly hide encrypted photo thumbnails (green shield images)
• Photo sort modes – by image file name and by file creation date
• Cancel button for all long operations

Fixed:

• File creation time is copied to the storage too
