Download GuildFTPd 0.999.5

jfeelders informs us that two weeks ago Nitrolic released version 0.999.5 of the free FTP server GuildFTP, probably the last version before 1.0 comes out. In 0.999.5 a number of security vulnerabilities have been fixed and a number of features have been added. The change log:

• Added activity lights to bottom right hand side of GuildFTPd
• Added another permission flag 0 – none 1 – Admin 2 – MSG & HELP only
• Added another option for blocking the resuming of downloads to general options
• Toolbar position is now saved when GuildFTPd is exited
• Fixed Autoban time limit bug
• Fixed a couple more system directory bugs (COM1, LPT1, ETC)
• Fixed DELE + 255 character bug
• Fixed Sub folder limit option to save properly
• Fixed old security bug
• Fixed another security bug where a malicious user can move files on the server
• Fixed c:file.extPATH bug in Events manager & Server messages
• Fixed bug where .. was a problem
• Fixed typo which caused recieve buffer not to load properly
