Download Google Picasa for Mac 3.0.3
Google has released a new version of Picasa for Mac. The program has now arrived at version 3.0.3 and can be used as dmg file are downloaded. The Mac version of Picasa has the same look and feel as the Windows and Linux versions of the program and allows you to easily manage, edit and put photos online. The program offers several options for importing and adjusting photos, including straightening the horizon, fine-tuning the contrast and creating a crop. Below are the changes that have been made to Picasa for Mac since version 3.0.2:
Version 3.0.3 – January 30, 2009
- Picasa will now launch normally with an iPhone connected.
- Fixed a bug that caused some JPEG files to be written incorrectly when exported.

Version 3.0.2 – January 22, 2009
- Picasa will no longer close unexpectedly when reading certain TIFF files.
- Pictures on other volumes or drives will no longer disappear from Picasa.
- Fixed an error created by connecting certain scanners or multi-function printers.
- Newly found and imported content will now show the correct date and time.
- ‘Originals’ folders created by Picasa for Windows will no longer be displayed.
- Added the ability to save to non-HFS+ volumes.
- ‘Open File in an Editor’ now works properly on all supported Mac OS versions.
- Various minor bug fixes, particularly for import and disc burning.
