Download Google Picasa 3.8 build 117.43

Google has released an update for Picasa 3.8. Picasa, which is available for Windows and Mac OS X, makes it easy to manage, edit and put photos online. The program offers options for straightening the horizon, adjusting the contrast and making a crop, among other things. There is also face recognition, which makes it possible, for example, to quickly show all photos that contain a specific person.

New in version 3.8 is, among other things, the possibility to movie of a particular person’s face. Furthermore, photos can now be edited online with Picnik and an assignment can be created that allows several photos to be uploaded, edited or deleted at once. At the time of the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the changelog had not yet been updated, so we also include the changes in build 117.41.

• Fixed Backup and Restore creating duplicate .ini files.

• Fixed facial recognition crash.
