Download Google Picasa 3.1 build 71.43

Google has put a new version of Picasa 3.1 online. This time it’s build 71.43, which here can be downloaded. Picasa allows you to easily manage, edit and put photos online. The program offers several options for importing and adjusting photos, including straightening the horizon, fine-tuning the contrast, and creating a crop.
