Download Google Picasa 3.1 build 71.32

Google has released a new version of Picasa. This is build 71.32 of version 3.1, which removes a crash bug from the software that prevents Picasa from starting. Picasa allows you to easily manage, edit and put photos online. The program offers several options for importing and adjusting photos, including straightening the horizon, fine-tuning the contrast, and creating a crop.
