Download GOM Audio 2.0.2.0287

Gretech, the makers of the well-known media player GOM Player, has released an update for the recently introduced GOM Audio. This music player has many of the features that we also know from GOM Player, such as the built-in support for a large number of audio formats, without the need for external codecs, and the extensive possibilities to control the program via hot keys. The program is small, the download weighs just 5MB, and unlike GOM Player, GOM Audio does not contain adware. The most important changes Gretech has made in this release are listed below.

Changes in version 2.0.2.0287 include:

• Improved support for FLAC audio files
• Corrected an issue where the software would crash when attempting to play Audio CDs from Windows explorer by right-clicking the drive icon and selecting “Play”.
• Fixed an issue related to exporting playlists containing a very large number of songs.
• Corrected an issue where previously loaded audio CD track information would remain when inserting / playing a different audio CD.
• Corrected an issue that would cause the desktop to reload / flash when GOM Audio was launched.
• A message will now be displayed if GOM Audio is launched and no audio output device can be detected.
• Misc other changes and corrections.
