Download Gnome Partition Editor 0.4.3
Today a new version of Gnome Partition Editor has been released, which is 0.4. With GParted it is possible to partition a hard disk and change existing partitions, for example filesystem or size. The program itself is not that big, but usually it comes in the form of a live CD which makes it usable on any platform. However, the latest live CD available for download from SourceForge currently contains stable version 0.4.1-2 and test build 0.4.2 pre-release 1, but hopefully that will change soon. Here’s what’s changed in the 0.4.3 release:
Bug fixes
- Corrected name of lock taken by hal-lock (#571347)
- Fixed crash on startup with Russian language (#570855)
Translations (new/updated)
- de(Mario Blattermann)
- it (Milo Casagrande)
Dependencies (new/updated)
- no change.
