Download Fraps 1.9B

A new version of Fraps has been released, so we can read on the site of this program. If you no longer know what Fraps is, you can refresh your memory with the following piece of text:

• benchmarking software – see framerates on screen and log them to file. Calculate the average frame rate between any two points.
• screen capture software – take screenshots at the press of a button with files automatically named and timestamped.
• movie maker software – realtime recording of your gameplay to high quality AVI video files.

[break]The changes in the 58KB heavy download are the following:[/break]

• Geforce owners can now capture DirectX video as fast as OpenGL video! Recommended settings for Geforce are 640x480x32bit at 25 fps.
• Fixed a bug in Win9x/ME that was saving twice the number of frames in videos. This was causing a flickering overlay in the output, and halving the frame rate of the movie.
• Clipping has been implemented for applications running in a window with odd dimensions. This movies and screenshots can be viewed properly in other applications that expect even dimensions.
