Download Foxit Reader 3.1.4 build 1125

Foxit Software has updated Foxit Reader to version 3.1.4 build 1125. This program is an alternative to Adobe Reader. It handles most PDF documents very well, but complex or very large documents can sometimes be a little too much of a challenge. However, it is certainly a godsend for computers with limited resources. The program is free, but for certain functions, which are part of the so-called pro pack must be paid. An example of this is the function to comment on a PDF file. The following issues are fixed in this release:

• Now supports opening files containing special Unicode characters in filenames.
• Right-clicking the annotation with zoom tool will not popup annotation menu.
• When using the Commenting Tools, the color indicator will reflect your color selection.
• Now supports simultaneous viewing of multiple documents.
• Fixed the issue where some files display slowly in the print preview window.
• Fixed the issue where some pdf files cannot be opened in the correct positions.
