Download FileZilla Server 0.9.57

A new version of the open source FTP server FileZilla Server has been released. FileZilla Server is a small and powerful ftp server that includes support for fxp (sending files from one ftp server to another), secure connections (ssl and tls), gss authentication and Kerberos encryption. Unlike the client version, which is also available for Linux and OS X, the server version is only developed for Windows, but not very active. Since version 0.9.55, the following changes and improvements have been made:

• Rearranged “Connect to Server” dialog and added some helpful labels
• Updated OpenSSL to 1.0.2h
• FileZilla Server no longer fails to read or write its settings if installed in a directory containing characters not expressible in the system’s default multibyte character set.

• Updated installer to NSIS 3.0b3 to prevent DLL hijacking

• Improve compatibility with broken clients that always try anonymous logins even if the user has explicitly specified a username.
