Download FileZilla 3.56.0 RC1

Version 3.56 of the open source FTP client FileZilla is in development and a release candidate has now appeared. FileZilla is small, simple and yet complete. The program is popular due to its low system resource load. FileZilla is available for Windows, Linux, and macOS. In addition to the normal version, there is also a Pro versionwhich offers support for a small fee for various online storage services.

Be careful with the ‘recommended’ download file, as it is bundled with third-party software. on this page installation files that do not contain additional components. A wrong installation is easy to recognize by the word sponsored in the file name. The following improvements have been made in this release:

New features:

• Right-clicking a queue tab header now opens the same context menu as right-clicking the correponding queue contents
• By default, the minimum allowed TLS version is now TLS 1.2
• Optionally, the systen trust store can be used for certificate verification

• Fixed an issue loading servers not supporting session resumption from storage
