Download FileZilla 3.14.0

FileZilla has now released the final version of version 3.14.0 of its open source FTP client of the same name after two release candidates, no beta this time. FileZilla is small, simple and yet complete. The program is popular due to its low system resource load. However, a common complaint is that passwords are stored unencrypted on the computer. FileZilla is available for Windows, Linux, and OS X, and can be downloaded from this page be downloaded in different versions.

SourceForge, which hosts the downloads, has been in the news lately because it offers some downloads through its own download manager that contains adware. If the download is less than 1MB in size and has an icon with the letters ‘SF’, you’ve got the wrong one. If the download is about 6MB and there is a FileZilla icon, then you’re good.
