Download eXeem Public Beta 0.23

A new Public Beta has just been released on the homepage of eXeem. eXeem is a BitTorrent program, but different. Websites where so-called torrents have to be obtained and central servers (trackers) are no longer necessary. In this fourth public test version, the problem with the slow nodes and the slow search should be solved. So people who didn’t get more than 5 KB/sec even with no ads blocked should be happy.
