Download eXeem 0.21 public beta

A new version of P2P file sharing program eXeem has been released, namely 0.21 public beta. This program is intended as a successor to the immensely popular BitTorrent protocol. With eXeem, central websites where so-called torrents must be obtained and servers (trackers) are no longer necessary. This second public test version ships with the following changelog:
