Download DVDFab 8.2.0.5

Version 8.2.0.5 of DVDFab has been released. DVDFab consists of several parts that can be used to rip, copy and convert movies from a DVD or Blu-ray into a format that can be played on a portable device such as the PSP or iPod, for example. The program can make a complete copy, but it is also possible to choose individual parts, for example only the main movie, with a limited number of languages ​​and subtitles.

The different parts of the program each have a own license. Those who do not need the Blu-ray functionality or who do not own a portable player do not have to pay for this functionality. Only the part to rip a disc, which can remove protection and region code at the same time, is still free. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

DVDFab 8.2.0.5 Qt Updated!

• New: Added support for CUDA 3.0 graphics card, like NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M.
• Fix: A problem that both of Beta and official programs could be installed and shown in Control Panel same time.
• Fix: A problem that does not contain DVD Creator or Blu-ray Creator in the Customize UI page.
• New: Some minor changes and improvements.

DVD Copy:

• New: Added support for a new copy protection as found on “The Dictator”.
• New: Added support for a new copy protection as found on “The Hunger Games” DVD disc.

Blu-ray Copy:

• New: Added support for fake playlist protection of “The Hunger Games” Blu-ray disc. User should copy “Main Movie” for this disc for now, other copy modes will be supported later.
• Fix: An oversize problem when copying Blu-ray 2D disc which was introduced in v8200.
• Fix: A long scanning time problem, like when analyzing “IMAX Deep Sea (3D)” disc.

2D to 3D Converter:

• Fix: A crash problem at the end of conversion of 2D to 3D.
